The resources of APC Instytut allow the selection of the right candidate without the need for the Client to advertise in the media.

Throughout the recruitment of employees for Pharmaceutical Companies we ensure objectivity, reliability, standardization and confidentiality.

The recruitment process is objective, as it is based on verified methodology and selection tools.

It is reliable, as it diagnoses in detail these skills and competencies, which are curtail for the requested position.

It is standardized, as the recruitment procedure is always the same for all candidates, which apply for the requested position.

Finally it is confidential, as we guarantee discretion to all persons participating in the process.

APC Instytut's flexibility allows the combination of this process with the Client's own recruitment system.

APC Instytut's Selectors and Trainers have long-standing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The Recruitment Centre offers regularly updated lists of potential candidates, able to strengthen the Client's team shortly after recruitment and training.

Procedure:

  • Primary screening of applications
  • First telephone contact and gathering information about the candidate
  • First personal interview (with representative of APC Recruitment Centre and  / or direct supervisor)
  • Possible analysis of personality and potential
  • Second personal interview (with representative / manager of targeted division of the Client)
  • Final decision and submission of employment proposal to the candidate
  • Feedback to all persons participating in the process
